Session control is unlikely to be implemented outside of school holidays. During busier periods session control may be in operation. During this time, all guests receive a minimum of 3 hours in our aqua park.
During Off Peak Periods, feature rotation of Space Bowl and Nucleus is in operation, along with Platform 1 on Tornado Alley (Thunderbolt & Cyclone) and Platform 2 (Hurricane & Stormchaser). This means that we alternate the opening of these rides every hour.
Tickets are non-refundable and transfers of date are only allowed if enough notice is given. If you cannot attend on the date you have pre-booked for, please call to rearrange your visit. You normally have 30 days to re-use your ticket before it expires but you must give us at least 1 week’s notice when re-booking tickets. You may only re-book your tickets on one occasion. All Tickets are non-refundable. Opening times and prices are subject to change without notice.

Car Parking
Parking facilities are available on site. The maximum you can stay is 10 hours; Please see the parking charges tariffs below. You must enter your vehicle registration number correctly and in full when making the payment, as the system operates a vehicle number plate recognition system. There are payment machines in the car park and in the Waterworld Reception – We recommend paying in the car park to avoid queues at reception. Please note, we may not be able to accommodate oversized vehicles.
• Up to 30 mins – Free.
• Up to 2 hours 15 mins – £3.
• Up to 10 hours – £6.
Locker Use
Locker bands can be obtained from Reception upon arrival. You will fit 2/3 people’s clothes in one locker.
A deposit payment of £5 per locker band is required upon check in, payable by card or cash. The £5 per band is refunded, providing the band is handed back in at the appropriate time. During peak times, when session control is in operation, locker bands must be returned within 30 minutes of your session exit time in order to claim your £5 refund. This includes at the end of the day, when the final locker bands must be returned to Reception within half an hour of closing time to receive the £5 deposit back.
Please note that Waterworld accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to your personal property when attending our facilities; even when using the lockers. Correct use & security of the electronic locker system(s) you are using is your responsibility.
Pre-swim Hygiene
In line with our pre-swim hygiene rules, we ask that all customers shower before entering the pools – for the safety and comfort of our guests. Communal showers can be found in the centre aisle of the changing room. Private showers are located at the back of the changing rooms
Pre-Swim Shower Advice:
Shower for at least 30 seconds.
Do not use soap or other detergents for your pre-swim shower.
