Waterworld Leisure Limited respects the privacy of its Users. The terms and conditions of the Waterworld Leisure Limited‘s Privacy Policy, are incorporated herein by reference.

Content Proprietary Rights

User acknowledges that the WaterWorld Web site contains Content that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.

All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the United Kingdom (England & Wales) copyright laws, and Waterworld Leisure Limited owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such Content.

User may not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part. If no specific restrictions are displayed.

Users may make copies of select portions of the Content, provided that the copies are made only for User’s personal use and that User maintains any notices contained in the Content, such as all copyright notices, trademark legends, or other proprietary rights notices.

Users may not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute in any way Content protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner of the copyright or other propriety right. In addition to the foregoing, use of any software Content shall be governed by the software license agreement accompanying such software.

Third-Party Content

In some instances, the Content available through the WaterWorld Web site represents the opinions and judgements of the respective third party providing such Content. Waterworld Leisure Limited neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on the WaterWorld Web site by anyone other than Waterworld Leisure Limited.

Under no circumstances shall Waterworld Leisure Limited, or its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any loss, damage or harm caused by a User’s reliance on information obtained through the WaterWorld Web site.

It is the responsibility of User to evaluate the information, opinion, advice, or other Content available through the WaterWorld Web site.

Termination of Usage

Waterworld Leisure Limited may suspend or terminate any User’s access to all or any part of the WaterWorld Web site including any account thereon, without notice, for any reason in Waterworld Leisure Limited‘s sole discretion.

Prohibited devices

Customer and unauthorised third-party photographic equipment such as cameras, camera phones, computers with webcams or camcorders are strictly prohibited for the comfort and safety of other guests.

EPT Facial Recognition Photography

Events Photo Team limited will be providing an automated and at times manual photography offering for customers at Waterworld Aqua Park. This will include sensor-triggered, flash photography devices on the Python ride. Clear signage is present at the entrance to the ride advising guests that automated flash photography is in operation on that feature and individuals who may be sensitive to flashing lights are encouraged to take appropriate precautions. 

Should a customer wish not to be captured, they can simply avoid riding/using the Python slide while in the venue.

Your photographs will be retained for a period of 30 days on EPT secure encrypted servers, before being automatically electronically deleted.

EPT do not hold your photographs for any longer than 30 days unless you give your explicit written consent for them to be used for Marketing Purposes or shared with our Business Partners. 

We do not share your photographs or any Personal Data (i.e. name & address) with any third party, or use these for any marketing or research purposes unless you consent to your images being used by the business and its partners by filling out a Photo Consent Form.

Events Photo Team is committed to conducting its business in accordance with all applicable Data Protection laws and regulations, and in line with the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Facial imaging technology of the individual in question is submitted to AWS for data protection purposes. All necessary measures have been taken to ensure the individual is informed of their rights through various channels, including the website, noticeboards, voice recordings, and button consent. All applicable data protection rights are upheld, except the right to object. However, to clarify, you retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To withdraw at any time please speak a member of staff, or email withdraw.consent@eventsphototeam.com Events Photo Team Limited must delete the data without data without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the request.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The waterworld web site is provided by Waterworld Leisure Limited on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, waterworld 2000 ltd disclaims all implied warranties.

Without limiting the foregoing, Waterworld Leisure Limited makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (I) as to the operation of the waterworld web site, or the information, content, materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the waterworld web site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information, content, service, or merchandise provided through the waterworld web site; or (iv) that the waterworld web site, its servers, or e-mail sent from or on behalf of Waterworld Leisure Limited are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Waterworld Leisure Limited does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the waterworld web site or any related services. The operation of the waterworld web site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside the control of Waterworld Leisure Limited.

Under no circumstances shall Waterworld Leisure Limited be liable for any damages that result from the use of or inability to use the waterworld web site, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from the waterworld web site or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Waterworld Leisure Limited‘s records, programs, or services. The Terms of Use, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between User and Waterworld Leisure Limited regarding User’s relationship with Waterworld Leisure Limited and supersedes any prior statements or representations.

When using the Waterworld website(s) or making a purchase there from, in-house or via waterworld-tickets.co.uk, or using the venue, THE USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

Modification

Waterworld Leisure Limited reserves the right to make changes to the WaterWorld Web site, posted policies and these Terms of Use at any time without notice. These Terms of Use were last revised on August 13th June 2025.
