Travelling By Bus?
If you are travelling by bus you will need to catch a bus to Hanley (City Centre). Once at the City Centre, you can take Bus number 38 or 38A, as both routes travel through Festival Park where we are located. Local bus routes are operated by First Group. Travelling By Train?
If you are travelling by train, your rail destination will be Stoke-on-Trent train station. Please visit www.nationalrail.co.uk and use their journey planner on their website. This will let you know which train you will need to catch. Once outside Stoke-on-Trent train station, you will see a taxi point and a bus stop. If taking the bus, please catch the number 21 or 23 towards Hanley (City Centre). From Hanley (City Centre), you can catch either the number 38 or 38A towards Festival Park. Taxi fare should be no more than £6 in total.
Parking & Instructions
There is a private car park located next to Waterworld Aqua Park. The car park is monitored by an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) System. The first 30 mins are free of charge (for drop off or collection). For stays longer than 30 mins, you will need to pay the appropriate charges as detailed below…
• Up to 30 mins – Free.
• Up to 2 hours 15 mins – £3.
• Up to 10 hours – £6.
You will need to input your registration number accurately. Should you experience any issues with parking, please inform our reception team who will be happy to assist.
Please note, on Peak days, if our car park is full, alternative parking can be found at the Doubletree By Hilton next door – all payments and parking matters need to be dealt with them directly if you park there, however.
Visiting with children and disabled guests
If you’re visiting with younger children, we have a selection of smaller slides and child-friendly activities to keep them entertained. Communal family changing/shower facilities, baby changing and milk warming facilities are all available. We also have disabled changing facilities available.
